What is a bench warrant?
A bench warrant is a warrant that is issued by a Judge. The
term "bench" is referring to a panel of Judges.
Most warrants are issued due to failure to appear in court.
Once a warrant is issued, the police can arrest you and bring
you back to the court (jurisdiction) where the Judge issued

date (sometimes hold you until this date), revoke a bond or
